Not many people know it, but Space Mountain--although it is very fast the entire ride--is not as fast as Thunder Mountain. The dip before the 3rd hill climb on Thunder Mountain is the fastest stretch of track on any ride in the Magic Kingdom

I always thought Disney should have done a coaster like ride based on the scene from Monster's Inc of the chase through the door area. (Dodging the tomatoes) I know I know another Pixar ride. But I think it would be fun and fast and a lot of fun if they did it right.
