Mostly taking costumes home without the costuming CM taking the hanger(s) back. Universal on the other hand gave them to me. For some reason, they throw away hangers that have the paper coverings and some of the costuming people for HHN let me take a bunch.

But you know you are a WDW nut when...you are watching the Disney Parks Christmas Day Parade and you notice that they used footage of the Little Mermaid ride at DLR when talking about New Fantasyland in WDW. They showed the "Dole Whip" hair Ariel from the ride...which we all know did not make it in the Florida version. If you have the parade...go back and watch it and you'll see.
