-->off-topic here... my son asked me why the gulls were so white, and not gray, like at the coast of GA... i replied, 'son, Mr Disney loved that his parks were the cleanest and brightest in the world... so they have CM's that run around and catch the gulls, bleach them, and let them roam in the park...' got giggles from the adults at tables all around in POR...

Of course, you realize, your son will go to school and try to claim that this is true to his teacher, and be very indignant and say "It's true! My dad told me!"

My conures LOVE chicken, but I rarely eat meat at all so it's really a treat if they get it...doesn't feel as weird to me as when I'm actually eating chicken off the bone in front of them :?

At least one of her birds is a conure. Do your birds look at you like, "gimmie some of that meat off the bone!" or more like, "you're eating who?!" ;)

ditto! :(

When making coffee at home this morning, though, the smell really did transport me back to my resort room at OKW as I was getting ready to head to the parks. Sadly, I was getting ready to go into work. :(

SNAP....

I'm standing in the queue for Rock N Roller Coaster. I've got just that little bit of nerves that goes with a ride where you're about to be launched 0 to 57 miles per hour in 2.8 seconds ! The "limo" pulls up. I'm in and then....

I'm gone!!!!!

1 minute and 22 seconds later, I'm back, exhilarated and laughing my head off (my natural reaction to a good coaster).

ahhh, he is destined for the 'Focus' program (the gifted students)... that kind of out of the box thinking is encouraged... and my children are disney nuts-by-proxy anyway... i am suprised i have not gotten calls about both of them going on and on about EPCOT and LwtL ride and Energy... they sat enthralled looking at defunct Epcot attractions on youtube with me...
