Is there a thread or a link that has pictures of the inside and more details?

I wonder if they will ever open Body Wars again? Seems like a waste of a pavilion that could be a fun new attraction.mindflipper wrote:I remember more people get nauseated on Body Wars more than Star Tours.

If I recall it's been partially gutted and the remains are just left to rot until they come up with a new pavillion and possible sponsor.

That's a shame but it's not surprising...Wizzard419 wrote:If I recall it's been partially gutted and the remains are just left to rot until they come up with a new pavillion and possible sponsor.

They would rather put off the cost of removal as much as possible/pass it on. I still contend the days of pavillion or attraction sponsorship are pretty much over since there is no benefit.

Oh, that would be so nice if they could open even that attraction. That was really cute!Soarin08 wrote:Last I heard, Cranium Command was still intact.... so there is hope!!!fancyfeet wrote:I wonder if they will ever open Body Wars again? They could change it into something else all they have to do is change the movie and scenery.

That's true - there were some pics on the net showing the Cranium Command was still there (looking at bit dusty and run-down though)...Soarin08 wrote:Last I heard, Cranium Command was still intact.... so there is hope!!!fancyfeet wrote:I wonder if they will ever open Body Wars again? ...or maybe it was because Body Wars had older flight simulator technology than Star Tours and was more jerky than smooth as a result?jacobcary1 wrote:I think the reason it made people sick. It was going inside the body. Thats kinda gross if your not a science nut.

I know that people say CC is still "Intact" but it hasn't actually run in a long time so stuff might be ceased up now, fluids congealed, etc. since I dobut they put it into storage mode before shutting down.

I would have no doubt from the photos I had seen that it would require a maintenance overhaul just to get it operational again...Wizzard419 wrote:I know that people say CC is still "Intact" but it hasn't actually run in a long time so stuff might be ceased up now, fluids congealed, etc. since I dobut they put it into storage mode before shutting down.

I wonder, with building codes and all, since it's considered abandoned and no workers have any reason to be in the areas, if they can more or less just let it keep falling apart (entering into condemed status) until they tear it down? No reason to pay for upkeep afterall.
