A typical trip on the Walt Disney World moving walkway: "Hey a palm tree!.....hey a palm tree!....oh look, a palm tree.....I'm tired, i need a dole whip....OH NO! ....OH GOD I CAN'T GET OFF!"

  You wouldn't need a Dole Whip if you were on the moving walkway. No energy expenditure there!

Are they speedramps only if they go up and down an incline? Or are all moving walkways called that?

Even better if it was a wide enough walkway to accommodate bikes, skateboards, and rollerblades. Then they could rent equipment for a nominal fee...

I'm pretty sure if that existed, I would longboard all over the place. It would be heaven.

It would be a perfect place for those 4-seater bicycle buggy things they have at BW and OKW. A loop around Bay Lake and Seven Seas Lagoon would be a good start. So Disney people, when you read this (and we know you do), this is an idea to pass along to the people who make the decisions. 8-)

Mother Nature will do far more damage than those rollerblades. When was the last time you checked on your brick/pavement stone?

Amy, I forgot to ask you while we were there...where is your stone at?
I noticed so many of those stones that were no longer legible because they were so weathered

On the walkway between the MK and the Poly. It is out a ways and on the side toward the grass. We didn't go see it this past December, but we did check on it the December before last and it was holding up ok, definitely showing signs of Florida sun and rain...

Being on the bus is usually my favorite part of a Disney day.
