Do you suppose they set up the shot? Or was it a homemade memories contribution?

Oh, sure it was a set up shot. It looks like it was from the cockpit of a Monorail on the resort beam to film Monorail Green on the express beam and they haven't allowed guests in the front of the Monorails since the accident. Granted, you can't tell when it was taken, but I say it was just good timing as it is very rare to see a Ferry Boat on Bay Lake or the waterway between Bay Lake and Seven Seas Lagoon and I've only seen it a few times myself.

When you set your television recording device on the word "Disney" and record old sitcoms when they went to Disneyworld just to see the park. The sitcom "Roseanne" had 2 shows where they went to Disney and Dan was in Epcot while the others were at other places in the park. I just loved it!!

One question: Did TMK have a skyride in the late eighties or early nineties?

That would be fun to see the parks as they looked back then ~ smart idea recording the shows! I believe the MK's Skyway was around until 1999...

Disney World had a skyway that ran from Tomorrowland to Fantasyland. It was closed officially at the end of 1999 (around November).

Ah, yes. All Dan wanted was a beer. I seem to remember him saying "I've died and gone to England." when he saw a yard for the first time in the U.K. pavilion. I could be wrong but the last time I saw that was over 10 years ago.

Sounds about right; I discovered I had video of it so it had to be open still during the late 90's.

When your poor sick child gets in her bed and has to have her Sully, Crush, Squirt, and assorted Mickeys by her side and Peter Pan in the DVD player to make her all better. It is so sad but so cute. :(

When you are watching Destination Truth and you get a chuckle out of the group of people investigating a haunted former prison on an island west of Panama are scared of an animal around the corner and it turns out to be a harmless toad and one of them says "Mr. Toad's Wild Ride" when they realize it.

Yes! I remember when I first found Subsonic, I had to look just about every other song to find out "What is this?" But now I don't have to look too often.
Can't wait to take my twin boys on their first trip to Walt Disney World! Planning on heading there sometime Feb-May 2014!
