Amy wrote:I asked one of my piano students last night how she had enjoyed their spring break trip to Atlanta. She was telling me the various things they had done and one of their trips was to the World of Coke. She was talking about how you could try coke from different countries. So I asked if she had tried the Italian coke. You should have seen her face

She did not like the Beverly at all

Her face was even funnier when I told her that I knew someone (Mousekedude) that actually
likes the Beverly! Her reaction was priceless!!
Ok I'm convinced, we're definitely doing this. Daughter #1 is a "yeah I'll try that" kind of person. Daughter #2 is a little more reserved. Anyway, we'll do "Beverly faces."

It's in the middle of Futureworld, right?

Awesome! Be sure to have your camera ready! And have them drink it at the same, otherwise the second one might chicken out

Yup, Club Cool is on the right side of Future World (as you are facing toward World Showcase) by the Fountain of Nations.

No way, Epcot wouldn't be the same for our family without at least one slurp of the Beverly each trip. It's one of those things you just have to do (at least you do when you're with our family).

So... I guess I stand alone when I say that I *LIKE* Beverly? i guess it is the Italian in me, but I actually love to drink it.. And I love to drink it just to watch other people who know what it tastes like watch me. Their faces are just as funny.

Alright. I am not alone. That makes me feel at least a little bit better.

I knew someone else had mentioned that they like Beverly as well! Hmmm, a slice or two of lemon might improve the taste! Or ruin a perfectly good lemon slice

By the way, that shot was from the Mayhem Marauder meet-up back in January, so I have witnesses who can vouch for me that I wasn't faking it... in fact I drank three glasses in a row just to make the point...

I think I would like it too, but I did not try it the last time we were there. It gets its bitter taste from quinine, which is also in tonic water...I've been known to drink tonic water straight, although I also prefer it with gin:).
