Me either, I would definitely be standing in the standby line if that ever comes to pass :(

Yep, you can count me into that as well.

Well, at least we can all keep each other company and provide our own raucous entertainment if we're all in the stand-by line

I wonder if they would come up with a limited number "golden fastpass" that could be sold in addition to regular fastpass system?

But would those people then get to go to the front of the fastpass line or would they need another queue?!

Uhhhh.... :? You guys are making my head hurt with all this complicated stuff!

If it ain't broke... don't fix it! But I do think a couple more rides need Fastpass... I say Haunted Mansion but maybe that's just me.

I like the current system. I just think they should be a little more stringent in enforcing the return times. HM FP would be a great thing :hm_ghost:

HM one time long ago did (the FP area was part of the nearby dock area) but took it out and moved the machines to another ride.

I think one of the reasons they don't get strict on enforcing the people that are late is that it doesn't throw things off by a lot and odds are pretty good they were doing something else on disney property/spending money, so you can't punish them for that. Either that or the workers would get tired of hearing every excuse on why they were late.

That sounds reasonable. The only reason I think it might affect some attractions more than others is that I hear about people being turned away late in the day from the standy-by lines on more popular attractions (Toy Story MIdway Mania) because the FP line is more than an hour or two long...

Be honest, I've been late many times. Like Wizz said, we are doing something else on the property (another ride took longer than thought, dining somewhere took longer than planned). And are there really any rules against being late? As Hector Barbossa said, "They're not so much rules as they are guidelines.."

Well that's another reason why I like it how it is now. cause if you come in late after the hour window for your fastp
ass, you can still get in.
