Couldn't agree more - coming down from the WDW high is the worst! It's a deep depression that lasts for days (if not a few weeks). You know, when you're sitting at work and you think, this time last week I was at DAK. Later that day: I was eating at Tusker House this time last week. [Yes, it comes back to food for me.Amy wrote:Especially when you have to get up early the day after you return and have to worklonepalm wrote:It certainly can't be bad for your health! I just am always surprised at how quickly it seems like you never had a vacation at all. The stress of work descends like a blanket and it's like you never left...sigh...

We just love Disney and I believe alot of the good is giving you something to look forward. For us, it's helps on bad days to think, "In 3 months, I'll be back at Disney." or whatever is your particular time frame. The other part of Disney I love is just being Daddy. When I'm home I have 4 or 5 things pulling me in 4 or 5 directions but at Disney...I'm just Daddy.

I love it! That's exactly the feeling that you get. At Disney you're not stressing about finances, fighting over the daily non-important crap, etc... It's just Daddy, take me on Pooh! I want to ride with Daddy! No better feeling than that.rphillips14 wrote:We just love Disney and I believe alot of the good is giving you something to look forward. Eat the right foods and amounts (with a treat here and there) and use that gym
