Oh yeah, I totally agree they're a bit on the creepy side, but I would imagine there would be a really long line to meet them. They are hugely popular characters. I know F1gment would want a photo with them!

It's TDO. Why do they not want most things at WDW? To make a profit and not pay as much as TDA (Team Disney Anaheim) or the Oriental Land Company are willing to pay.

OLC/TDL and DLP does Halloween far, far better than WDW. I was told that the few Halloween stuff that WDW now uses were retired from TDL and DLP when they replaced with newer stuff at those parks..

Maybe Halloween just isn't that big of a draw at WDW, or perhaps they are shying away from that holiday a bit because of the number of overseas visitors that might not be familiar with Halloween?

It's not really celebrated in Japan, but they love it at TDL. Nope, like Christmas, it's something that TDO at WDW does not want to spend any money on if they have to...

Trust me it is huge at WDW. I've never seen more adults (the ones who pay when families go on vacation, of course) in one place dressed up in some of the most elaborate costumes I've ever seen. Seems like more and more adults dress up every year.

They sure do. One of the best things to do at MNSSHP is to people watch and see what costumes adults can come up with (non-violent/sexual themed costumes and no masks are allowed, though).

...but I've seen a lot of people who have got in trouble with Diz Security when they were wearing costumes when it's NOT the MNSSHP.
