I'm glad they are back to everyday. The last 3 times I have been I have been unable to view due to the limited schedule.
Not so "Disney" of them.
Still wish they would update it though......

It would be nice if they could update Fantasmic a little. The whole Pochahontas scene could be pared down a lot! or maybe eliminated

So you want to repeat history by eliminating the native americans? Here, give them these blankets.

The Pocahantas sequence is in the same part of the show as the Peter Pan sequence at DLR. The Peter Pan segment works out there, where the Pocahantas segment doesn't work that well at WDW. It's pretty self-contained; if it was removed and replaced, it doesn't impact the rest of the show.

Am I the only one who actually doesn't like Fantasmic and finds it a waste of my time? I saw it once at WDW... wasn't worth the wait! There were 5 of us and we staked out a spot 1.5 hours ahead... we weren't impressed.

Honestly, I was impressed with it either at WDW, but then again I had seem the DLR Fantasmic twice before I saw WDW's so I unfortunately had the better one for comparison. I wonder what would happen if they re-do into DCA's World of Color?Soarin08 wrote:Am I the only one who actually doesn't like Fantasmic and finds it a waste of my time? I've heard DLR's version is better but what can I say, never been and I live 14 hours away by car.mindflipper wrote:Honestly, I was impressed with it either at WDW, but then again I had seem the DLR Fantasmic twice before I saw WDW's so I unfortunately had the better one for comparison. I heard a rumour a couple years ago that IllumiNations was going to be replaced with World of Color and I'm glad it never happened, I'd rather see Fantasmic replaced.

I don't think they could do WoC anywhere else unless it was in an enclosed lagoon. Aside from the equipment stuff, the openess of the lagoon might pose a problem.

It's a couple times larger than Paradsie bay or whatever they call the body of water, at least by the scale noted on the satelite photos.
I think world showcase lagoon is the largest body of water even compared to TDS's show lagoon.
