Re: Park Hopping?
For me, it depends. I can spend a whole day at MK or EPCOT, so I wouldn't want to waste buying the park hopper option for those days. But it would be worth it for the Animal Kingdom, then do DHS that night.

Re: Park Hopping?
I think it does come down to how long you are staying. If you are only there for a day or two, and you are mainly visiting the parks that stay open long hours, than the park hopper is probably not a good value. As you pointed out, AK/DHS would make a good split day.mindflipper wrote:For me, it depends. We always hop. Somedays we just go for one or two attractions and then go to another park. We always seem to end up at EPCOT in the evening.

Same for us! We will be there for 9 glorious nights this summer, and I have all of my ADR's ready with a lot planned in EPCOT! Guess what???? After all these years and visits, I finally got an ADR for Le Cellier! Although it is a dinner at 5:05, kinda early but that's ok for us! I seriously can't wait, how many times have I been to Disney parks??? In the hundreds I suppose, but I am beside myself with excitement for this vacation! Oh yeah, and PS... no kids with us!Jacca5660 wrote:We always hop. Somedays we just go for one or two attractions and then go to another park. We always seem to end up at EPCOT in the evening.

No kids for that long?!? When leaving the children behind at home locked in the closet, make sure you leave enough twinkies and water to survive on, and bucket for bathroom duties...cousininmiami wrote:Same for us! You could always just sell them to the creepy guy down the street if you want them gone for longer (look for the van with tinting so dark that it is rolling probable cause).mindflipper wrote:No kids for that long?!? You two should collaborate on a child care manual.Wizzard419 wrote:You could always just sell them to the creepy guy down the street if you want them gone for longer (look for the van with tinting so dark that it is rolling probable cause).mindflipper wrote: No kids for that long?!? You are all hilarious! It was nice to have a good laugh reading this while at the office (should be working geeeze)! So, here's the no-kid-with-us story! My children... my 30 year old daughter, staying home to take care of the Shih Tzu's, my 27 year old son, married now and doing his own thing, my 25 year old son is in the Air Force and stationed in North Dakota, and my 15 year old son will be at baseball showcase camps in Los Angeles for 7 weeks! So that leaves us for a quiet summer.... so what do we do???? We're going to Disney World!!! Woo-Hoo!!!

You could always book 2 rooms if you wanted to at least go semi-kidless.
