We are right on track. I feel really good about it. There's not much I won't do for a week at WDW!

...and at the same time, it will get you in shape for walking your feet off at the parks...

haha...I don't know...but I do know both times I was so sore walking around the parks afterwards

knowing how much just walking around will wear you out...it would probably be worse to tour the parks first...then run the race(s)

That's kind of what I was thinking ~ you might be a bit slower running if you had been walking around the parks for a few days first. My oldest brother runs Ironman Triathlons, my other brother climbs mountains every weekend ~ a different breed indeed!
