Congrats and happy anniversary!! Isn't Disneyland kind of cool? Even though it is so much smaller than the WDW resort, it just seems so special since DL was the original place that Walt dreamed up

I have been to Disneyland once and the only way I can describe it is like going to your grandparents' house when you were little. It is comfortable, quaint, and you know you will have fun and eat well. I guess maybe it just makes you feel like a kid without being overwhelmed like you can get at WDW. It is also a lot more jam packed with stuff than the WDW MK due to its smaller size.
Back to WDW...strangely enough it was Epcot that I liked the most on my first trip. Probably due to me only being 4 years old and the omnimover attractions were the only ones I could ride that were fun and interesting. I was also a huge Michael Jackson fan back then (1986) and Captain EO was only a few months old. So it was a perfect storm of my age, my interests, and what was new at the time that made me fall in love with Epcot at only 4 years old.

I'll be 29 in a few months.
What's interesting is that my first trip to WDW was right after its 15th Birthday...and my second trip was 10 years later...for its 25th. So I had to endure the Pepto-Castle. I am planning on being there for MK's 40th Birthday as well since it will pretty much coincide with my 30th Birthday!
