I'm with you on that one Len!!! I love hearing the Disney music while I'm on hold, I usually put it on speaker so DH can enjoy too!

Not worth trying to record it - they keep interrupting the music with "Your call is important to us..." or "All of customer representatives are currently busy..." kind of messages.

Still.... when you stack that up against stuff like the stormtroopers..... it just might be worth it....
