So it's completely different

I'm not a Trekkie or a War-sy (what do they call the Star Wars folks?) but this was too funny Future Guy!
Thanks, although I probably should have mentioned that I'm not making fun of anybody (not in a malicious manner, anyway) and that I am a huge geek who has written Star Trek fan fiction and went to my local theater's very first showing of the Star Trek movie last year.

Wow! I just KNEW I could count on SubSonic(ers) to fill me in on this event. (Thanks for the tip-off about the red shirt) You guys ROCK.
And now a more dignified response...
May the Force be with y'all.

We've been there during Star Wars weekend, not on purpose though. We really enjoyed seeing the characters dressed up in their Star Wars gear! Too funny!

One of the VERY few times it did not rain when we were there this past May.

We also got to see Princess Minnie-Leah! DH is right, I believe it started to rain shortly after these pictures were taken.

Great pictures, boilers. I wonder if Hans Solo will be there? I need to borrow the Millenium Falcon for a short trip.

The pictures of the characters dressed up in Star Wars gear are too funny! I might actually sit and watch the movie if they did it with Disney characters

I agree, Amy, it would be great to see the entire Star Wars flick with the Disney characters!

Thanks for posting these boilercouple, they're great! But I have to wonder about Goofy wandering around the park in his underwear...

One of the best times I ever had working at WDW was during the star tours weekends. I was in the control tower in Star Tours working and the dude playing Vader came in to cool off from being outside. It was weird having a normal conversation with a castmember dressed like Vader. He was really cool about it. When I mentioned it was weird, he started talking in a real high prissy voice, then said would it be easier if he said "do you have a code clearance" in his best James Earl Jones impersonation. Great Memories!!!
