We just need to make sure that whatever happens with DHS, it keeps the theming that made it special to begin with. We can't just keep adding attractions because they are cool or fun. ToT fit in because of the classic Hollywood thing, but RnR almost doesn't fit. Don't get me wrong...I love the ride and it's one of my favorites...but we can't just keep adding rides just because they are cool.
I think they are onto something good with Pixar Place. Keep adding things there that can really build on that theme. I wish George Lucas had more on his resume that would work because we could have "Lucas-land" with Star Tours and Indiana Jones. But those two franchises are about all he can brag about.

I totally agree. The fantasyland expansion has me really excited. It seems some things appear "unfinished." I would like to see these parks fully completed to their potential before something another park is added.Mamabaminjamin wrote:I think the current parks have so much potentail why add something new? refurb and expand!!!

Don't know if it has quite fully lost it's way as of yet. I still like how some of the recent additions have helped the park. RnR showcases the record industry and a recording studio. After all, music is a major part of a movie (a bit of a stretch). Pixar Place is to hopefully expand upon the disney pixar relationship.mindflipper wrote:I agree that DHS has "lost its way". It would be nice to see it get back to the idea of "movie magic".
I do think the park needs to be refreshed. TGMR is really starting to get out dated and I am kind of getting bummed out by seeing the same scenes over and over again.

Not to seem un-Disney-educated, but Len90, what is TGMR? Sorry if that seems like a ridiculous question.Len90 wrote:I do think the park needs to be refreshed. TGMR is really starting to get out dated and I am kind of getting bummed out by seeing the same scenes over and over again.

hmmmm
Sorry but with most the country hurting for money Disney included, a new theme park isnt going to happen. The over head they must have, keeping everything looking so nice and clean. AMAZING! The one thing I give Disney credit for is they try to do everything at the park after hours and your family sees none of what it takes to keep this huge place running smooth! I give Disney credit!

Exactly. There is so much (for most of the year) empty space at EPCOT not being utilized. Just take a look at the Odyssey, Millennium pavilion, and WoL (wonders of lifesillyhead912 wrote:I agree with the fact that Disney needs to invest some resources to Epcot Future World and Hollywood Studios before even thinking about a 5th park.
