They did in Disneyland. I have yet to see it, but apparently it is housed on the bottom floor of Innoventions (the former CoP & America Sings building).How about bringing back a new version of Monsanto's Future House???
Part of what upsets me is that the rides have all been aiming to "thrill" (since that is what the public wants these days). But what I enjoyed so much about EPCOT was that on top of having fun, they were also educational. Getting you to see the possibilities for the future and learn a little about the past and present too. These may not be "thrill" rides, but it is possible to make learning fun and thrilling. Kids these days have too much mindless entertainment...
I agree about refreshing old ideas...better yet, why not go through the thousands of great ideas that never made it to the parks? (I love the fact that one of the attractions in the new DCA is supposed to be a take on the old flying saucer ride that failed in the 60's...we'll see if they can pull it off)
