Any CS in WS is good. My favorite is Germany, but they have VERY limited seating.

The Chinese one is fabulous. Go for the orange chicken! Also Tangierine Cafe in Morocco, the little French bakery (LOVE their sandwiches!), and UK's fish and chips.
