Hmm. I would say at least 5-6 days. This way, you can take your time in the parks, have good time to do things twice or more, and spend time exploring the non-theme park areas. You could even just take it easy and laze around the resorts one one of the days, to give yourself a break. At this time, the parks close earlier, and not all of the night shows take place each night, so it's good to have options.

I think you need at least 7 days. We used to do 14 days every other year and that was ideal.

We always do 7 days. We like to do one park each day and then use the remaining to hit anything we missed in the first go around. Either that or we use the remaining days to go somewhere else like Kennedy Space Center.
