I don't really like how at WDW, the three fairies have heads. And when I see them on their floats at Spectromagic, it just doesn't look to me. I think it's the eyes.

Also, Ursula looks really odd. Her head is way huge, she has no neck, and her body looks so out of proportion.

proportions, in order to make the meet and greet character look proportionate to the character in the film, the costume needs to be larger than life to get a cm inside it.

The CM inside of Woody had to be on stilts! We saw the cm who was inside of the Sully costume one day when it was really raining. Boy was he tall!
