For that area I would suggest making it look like the London clock tower from Peter Pan and have Peter, Tinkerbell, Wendy, John, and Michael floating around with them. Also, inside should be a Peter Pan/Small world giftshop. They should sell small versions of the Small World dolls. And EVERYTHING PeterPan!
