Yeah I read this too. But they are still banned from Downtown Disney but not the parks. Wow are they smart... they banned them from hanging out for free, but they are allowing them to still hang out where you have to pay almost $70 to get in.

Seems like an odd decision... "Feel free to come make trouble in the parks (albeit whilst paying for it), but let's keep DTD clean!" Maybe they just figure the 'teens' in question aren't interested in the parks (or interested enough to pay $70 for the privilege.)

The ban from DTD is only for one year, too.
