Yeah I think its been at least a year. I know it was open the summer of 2003 . Dunno when it closed.... acccording to allears.net

"The Wonders of Life Pavilion in Epcot basically closed as of January 5, 2004. "

Maybe someone else can confirm that

I think either a replacement or an update would be good, something atleast to fill it up so that its not just this funny looking building sitting there.

yea it is a waste of space, they could really do something with that building, cranium command body wars and the other shows are the only thing open, all the stores are closed and it smells musty!!!!they could build a new ride there!!!!!!!!i dont see why they dont???

Do whatever you want, just SAVE CRANIUM COMMAND!

Some of the ideas I've read on this post are great. I think a walk-through or ride-through of the human body is an awesome idea. As a kid, I loved the walk-through of the human heart at the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago. It would be great to see a brand new omnimover attraction... but I think it's probably wishful thinking... [sigh]

Whatever they do, there's an awful lot of space inside that dome. Let's hope they can put it to good use!

Update it:
Make a cool interactive walk though of the body. Or perhaps parts of the body. How about walking into the mouth and be able to punch that little dangling thing. Then into the stomach that sprays acid (water) and have the floor be all soft and squishy. Something along those lines.

Update Body Wars with a sweet new computer animated inside of a body.

Yeah...
LOL! Completely agree - it's a really cool pavillion. Body Wars has a lot of nostalgia for me but an update is long overdue - lots of potential in this pavillion. And it's got some of Epcot's BEST area music!!

My last trip to WDW was this past November, and WoL was closed. I was upset. I do agree that it definitely needs a revamp, or something related to that nature. And I really wanted to go on Body Wars. I guess I'll have to wait 'till this November. Any idea if it will be open again/by then?

I was there last December and was also upset to see that WOL was closed. :( Maybe some day soon Disney will make some changes to WOL. :?

It's a shame, isn't it? I hate when you finally get there after waiting, and certain good attractions are closed. I sure hope they make the changes to WoL soon too.

I like WOL, but the last couple of times I went, Body Wars made me sick. I guess I'm not as young as I thought I was!

7 August 2005: Wonders of Life closed permanently?

There are unconfirmed rumors circulating amongst Epcot cast that the Wonders of Life pavilion has now closed for good, and will not reopen to guests in it's current form.

Saw that - that was the word on the street for ages now, will be curious to see what actually happens and if it is done what happens afterwords. Bring back WoM or Horizons in its place! Ok, the heat is getting to me I suppose...

I've heard the same rumors. Sounds like another Disney attraction has been laid to rest.

I completely agree. One of my favorite things in Epcot was always Cranium Command. I always loved the Sarge, thought he was hillarious. And one of the best lines from any disney ride/show came from him during the cartoon beginning part.

So, if it's closed perminantly for now, they're obviously trying to do something for the Epcot 25th Aniversary right? What do you think we can expect to see there in 2007?

Although it's not my favorite pavilion, I don't think they should replace it, just update it and bring in some new things.

I thought that WOL would be open for sure this summer with the heavy crowds and all. When I asked at EPCOT Information, I was told seasonal means like Christmas, Easter, etc. I would love to see Cranium Command again.
