I love the bakery on the Boardwalk, mainly for an afternoon snack or a evening dessert. The cakes they have there are awesome!

I agree. The breakfast selection (not mention the usual line) leaves a bit to be desired but the rest is fantastic!

I would have to say for me it is a tie between the one on Main Street in the MK and the one on the Boardwalk. We really enjoyed having a late night snack and they both have amazing chocolate chip cookies.

I am surprised at the amount of "Norway" responses, when personally I think that the France bakery blows em' out of the water.

With that said, Main St. tops them all.

I forgot about the bakery in France! That is my pick for breakfast, and the Boardwalk is still my pick for snacks/desserts.

I haven't been too impressed with the bakery in France. It is good, but it I have had better French baked goods outside the world. There is a local bakery that is owned and run by a French woman who trained at some top school in France and her baked goods blow Boulangerie Patissere out of the water.

France for me, though those pretzels at Norway are excellent. I love the ham and cheese croissants from France. Toasted, with a coffee...I've been at EPCOT 10 evenings since October and I think that has been my "dinner" at least half the time. The pretzels from Norway are the appetizer...along with a margarita from Mexico :)

The bakery in Norway is wonderful and the scenery is fantastic.

The pretzels are good but the skool/school bread is the tops at Kringla. They also serve a mini version of it on the desert tray now inside askerhus. It was the only thing that got plussed at that establishment while everything else got big ole minussed (? :P ) Oh Askershus what has become of you?

I would also like to mention that Liberty Sq. place with the legit chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwiches. The cookies are great by themselves but ice cream too? My gosh!

On past visits, I always got pastries in France. On this trip, my son & I went to France for some eclairs earlier in the day and over to Norway shortly before Illuminations. I must say, I have been converted to the offerings in Norway! Their School Bread is to die for! My son got the cinnamon roll and a chocolate mousse cake.

Here's what they look like:

Oh, and quite frankly, the cheese danishes at Sassagoula Floatworks (or whatever the POFQ dining area is called) were amazing.

I have to second the vote for the bakery on the right, right at the top of Main Street, U.S.A in the Magic Kingdom.

For non bakery good stuff I reccomend the chocolate in the Italy pavillion. YUMMY!!!

Of course, I am Italian, I may be biased!!!!
I have to say that Norway is our favorite place to eat, although I've only been there once.

However, the last time we were at MK, a lady operating the cotton candy machine at the bakery on Main Street was spinning away and my kids were watching her through the window on the side of the building. They were mezmerized by her technique. She motioned for them to come inside and gave them each a handful for free. It just added to the magic!! And because of that, that is our favorite place to visit and watch!
