If Len doesn't "mind it too much", there must be something really wrong with it (I can't imagine him not liking a monorail, no matter what the color). From the picture it doesn't look peachy enough to really stand out.
Probably typed out differently than I had thought it out. I don't like it a lot nor do I hate it which is good. I'll reserve judgment until I see it in person :)

I never really noticed the colors on the monorails too much until this thread...I'm thinking on this next trip I'm going to have to make an effort to see if I can photograph all 12. Does anyone know all the colors so I can keep a checklist?! And is the Tronorail still running or is that retired? And was that one of the 12 or a 13th "color"?

It was an overlay of an already existing monorail but I couldn't tell you which color (that's a cue for you, Len90)...

If I recall, that's the peach one (prior to making it peach) with the wrap on it.

Nope, Tronorail was Coral.

Before the accident:
Black
Blue
Purple
Green
Gold
Silver
Red
Orange
Yellow
Pink
Coral
Lime

After the accident:
Black
Blue
Green
Gold
Silver
Red
Orange
Yellow
Coral
Lime
Teal
Peach

Teal is mostly the undamaged cars of Pink whereas Peach is mostly the undamaged cars of Purple (Or so I've heard. I could be wrong.).

Thanks for the listing MadEye. What are the chances of all of them being operational the week of Thanksgiving do you suppose? I want to see if I can capture all their portraits :D

I wonder if they have trains that are always reserve/standin ones for each line or if the standin changes from day to day so that they get normal use and wear?

Pretty good. If they are bringing Peach out for test runs on the Express beam then it should be transporting guests fairly soon. If I had to guess, I'd say we will see Peach in full operation before the Marauders meet up in January at the latest.

Unless they've changed it, the Monorails are usually assigned to the beams by Maintenance. Whichever ones are still not in use during the day can either replace a Monorail that's having enough problems to bring it back to shop or to just add to a beam for certain peak nights (Christmas, New Years, 4th of July you will more than likely see four trains per beam [when Peach does make a full debut that is]).

When I was down there in August, they were running 9-10 a day. 4 were on the resort line, usually 3 on express, and only 2 on EPCOT. EPCOT monrail service was pretty slow with them departing about every 10 minutes. I will say though that all of the monorails were running during the time we were there. Sometimes we would go for a week and only see 10 of the 12 monorails out on the beam. This year I was able to spot all 11 on the beams within 2-3 days.

Madeye is correct. I believe Teal is 1-5 of Pink with 6 of Purple. Peach is 2-5 of Purple with new 1 and 6. I believe the chassis of those cars are the original so car 1 came from Purple as well along with car 6 from Pink. Secondly, there were always 12 monorails in the fleet. Tronorail was a wrap applied to Coral which was relatively recently removed.
