Sounds like something on the "to do" list for the next (if ever) Subsonic meet-up at WDW...
Mouseoholic and I can play a gruesome duet!

All the instruments seem to play GGG no matter when/where you touch them, including the organ. So you don't need any sheet music at all.
We are all a little weird
And life's a little weird,
And when we find someone whose
Weirdness is compatible with ours,
We join up with them and fall in
Mutual weirdness and call it Love.”

It would have been cool if the organ could have worked like a real organ...

It would have been cool for those who can actually play or pick out a medley. But it would have gotten tiring listening to people repeatedly playing the only things most people can play on the piano - Chopsticks or that song people play by rolling their knuckles on the black keys (Does it even have a name? Anyone know what one I'm talking about?

). Not to mention kids (and annoying adults

) simply banging on the keys.
Can't wait to take my twin boys on their first trip to Walt Disney World! Planning on heading there sometime Feb-May 2014!

Yeah, I agree, having the instruments and organ play a coherent tune will be nice....

...I was thinking more about the Psycho theme from the Alfred Hitchcock film would be more appropriate, but in either case maybe you need to get the contractual rights from John Williams or the estate of Bernard Hermann first.

It also helps with the mood and atmosphere too by keeping the music coherent. I wonder if they also worried about not being able to control what people played - you know someone would play (and probably sing as well) something inappropriate at some point.

I'm trying to figure what music without lyrics would be inappropriate? Usually its the lyrics have inappropriate content, but music - plain instrumental music...

Possibly. What portion of the score are you referring to: the main theme or the shower scene? Either way, I believe it would be kinda hard to make the sound of violins on an organ...

I was just thinking about a song with inappropriate lyrics being played - of course it'd only stand out if the other guests also recognized the song or if someone was singing it. And I was also thinking of songs that are "inappropriate" just because they don't fit the setting, like someone playing Surfin USA or something.

But the Captain is floating in brine! He might want to take up surfing

Actually, the Captain is drowning in a bath tub, not brine.

Well, it says he drowned in the bath tub but was pickled in brine because he was allergic to dirt...
