Horizions brings back so many memories. I also liked the world of Motion and the origional Journey into Imagination w/ Figment. All the rides from my childhood. These rides were gems of their time. Only wish i would ride them again. to bad they never game me a wish druing the year of a million wishes. If i could have wished for anything it would have been those rides back

wel, you may want to look ona few sites, one is Jeff Lange DVDs, http://www.jefflangedvd.com/. his are pretty good, you can also look on the extinct-attractions club website.(they have a link from this site) They are really good as well. Haven't seen if he as anything with 20,000 on it, but his other DVDs are amazing!

I miss 20,000 leagues the most. I remember as a kid thinking that it COULDN'T be fake because I really did get on the submarine and it was in REAL WATER so therefore it was REAL :nemo:

I liked that the 20K subs went under a waterfall at the end, so the top of the sub was always wet when you got in.

Also it's a real shame that Disney doesn't show the proper respect for its attractions and leaves them for others to archive. Not that I don't admire the great work so many civilians have put in over the years, it just seems a shame that they should have to.

I'll bet if Disney produced a professional quality DVD of every attraction they'd ever made, they'd be making a tidy profit. Well, that on top of their other billions.

Of course, if they don't live up to the standards of the existing DVDs (which are typically pretty high), they shouldn't bother.

It would have to be Horizons. Hands down, that is the ride I remember growing up with. It's truly sad to see Mission: Space where Horizons should be.

Well my favorite would be Horizons, but I also miss Dreamflight/Take Flight. The ride was a little cheesy but it never had a wait time and it had a cool speed tunnel.

I also remember that it had a catchy theme song, the ride through audio is on this site but it looks like it was played recently.

I miss the narative by Walter Cronkite in Spaceship Earth - there was something about him as an icon the Irons just does not fill.

This is almost too depressing to view.

Really clarifies the point that the Disney suits have no idea what they've got.
