I believe it will be demolished to make way for the Cinderella/Sleeping Beauty Meet & Greet experiences.Mamabaminjamin wrote:I'm having trouble figuring this out. Poohs Playground will have to be closed for the Little Mermaid ride Yes/No?

I hope this is as well-done as it appears it is going to be because it looks truly wonderful. This is the type of expansion I expect from Disney. My daughter will be 8 years old when it opens and she will love it. My son (not yet born (March 11 due date)) will be 2. I can't wait to take them there.

It really seems like Disney is trying to do the right thing with their major renovations as of late. I do think that your children (at least the 8 year old) will be the perfect age to enjoy all that the expansion has to offer. We can only hope that the interior of all these structures are just as fascinating as the exterior models that have been shown.secondstar wrote:I hope this is as well-done as it appears it is going to be because it looks truly wonderful. Looks like we may find out about access from Fantasyland to Tomorrowland sooner rather than later.

UPDATE: Construction walls are now up and are visible from guest areas. Looks like work is now in progress for the back of the expansion.

Not yet. The walls are mostly to keep guests from looking at the backstage construction (I've heard the former 20KUTS showbuilding is now just a pit). The wall does span from Toontown Fair through Fantasyland though from the pics I have seen. At least this proves that work is underway.
