I think this policy may be changing soon as they are enforcing the allotted hour time on the Mickey/Princesses Meet N Greet at MK. If they like how it works and get minimal complaints from guests, then it may possibly be enforced a little more on attraction FP.Amy wrote:Or they could at least reinforce it a little better, say within a few hours or so, instead of letting people return many, many moons after their return time...

Nah, I have a friend that has a membership. I am curious about one aspect though, since it takes 10+ years to get a space, I wonder how many people move and totally forget they were waiting (since it's done by mail)?Amy wrote:Are you a Clubb 33 member Wizzard?!Wizzard419 wrote:Yeah, it would totally suck if there were some elite, member's only club that offered services to tiny portion of guests.
I think the enforcement of the character ones has more to do with there being a worker physically there and the legal requirements that they get a break. They don't want to tell kids "Sorry but Belle needs to pee and bum a smoke off of a janitor before coming back to listen to you scream some more".

You are probably on to something with the whole character thing there. Although I'd rather not think of Belle smoking though

Ok fine, then she is getting drunk of her... ta-tas, slapping on ketamine patches, or anything else to deal with the screaming kids.

Re: FastPass
It'd cost wayyyyyyyyyyyyy more than that. That'd be too accessible and the benefit far outweighs the cost. Everyone and their uncle, literally, would buy those and then FP lines would be a complete mess. There's no way they could pull off any-ride, as many times as you wish for anything less than hundreds of dollars- truth be told I think they already have that; it's called a private tour and it costs thousands for a family but I'm pretty sure your tour guide acts as your "golden FP."jacobcary1 wrote:rphillips14 wrote:Hmmmm...a master fast pass that would allow you a golden ticket to ride as a fast pass any ride, as many times as you wish.....what would that be worth???
I'm sure you could get $25 to $30 bucks for it. But I am cheap and wont pay it. But some people who are better off would. Although that takes away from the happiest place on earth because MR Money Bags should be treated equally within the parks, to treat everyone the same to a certain extent.
Universal sells their Express Pass for something like $29-$59/day and while it gets you on every ride in the park super fast, you can only use it once per attraction. They literally stamp your express pass when you use it so you cannot return to that ride unless you're using the standby queue (which in Universal is essentially the only line as the Express Pass is generally no one and not a separate queue but usually through the exit).

Don't the Universal FP get increasingly more expensive as they sell them during the day?Mr.ToadWildRider wrote:It'd cost wayyyyyyyyyyyyy more than that. Yes, they do. The earlier you can buy it (which you can do on-line) the better the price. And Mr.ToadWildRider is right: you can only use it once for that ride for that day. Some rides they use scanners, others they mark it off by hand. Either way, they do check.

Re: FastPass
I suppose there's always something you "could" change but that doesn't really mean it "needs" to be changed. There are times I wish I didn't have to wait so long to get my next fast pass but then I realize that I'd just be rushing around to ride rides and not truly enjoying the parks for what they are (an experience).
Re: FastPass
I know this won't be a popular opinion, but I think they should be done away with completely (or at the very least, only available to annual pass holders or something). I don't really have a good reason as to why they should go away, but in my opinion, I prefer touring the parks the good old fashioned way. This probably isn't true, but it seems as if the line would go faster if there were no FPs. For the attractions that do have the FPs, they could use both sides of the queue for stand by and alternate every ride cycle for each side. Just my opinion that doesn't even really have a good reason, but that's how I feel!
