B-Fast: Probably Princess in Norway, Cape May Cafe & Boma are close
Lunch: almost impossible, HS-Sci Fi Cafe; MK-Col Harbor House or the Pirate Y & Pecos Bill combo joint; AK-Rainforest but was very impressed w/Pizzafari & hear the Flame Tree is good too; EPCOT-No way to decide!
Dinner: impossible to decide, but here goes... MK-the castle (Cindarella's Royal Table); HS-Mama Melrose; AK-Never had dinner there; EPCOT-Le Celier, but there are sooooooo many great options!
I'm not even gonna get into the hotels or Downtown Disney, too hard to choose.

My ideal day is
Tusker House buffet for breakfast. Wonderful choices and so many choices!
Columbia Harbor House for lunch its the lighthouse sandwich w/ vegetarian chilli
(Dinner is a hard choice but I will have to go with Le Cellier even though the entree isnt my favorite... ) Cheese soup, pretzel bread, Ceasar Salad, Creme Brulee washed down with an ice wine martini! (45 more days untill I eat this meal again!)

After this most recent trip, my all time favorite restaurant is Le Cellier. I ate the Kansas City Strip Steak and it was by far the best steak I ever had in my life. And thinking of their bread is just making my mouth water.

I have never tried it, but it may work. I know we had a very tough time getting in even booking 90 days in advance. We had to work around the times they had available.cousininmiami wrote:I can't for the life of me get a reservation at Le Cellier! We have our plans for the threee nights already coming up in 3 weeks... but if I could get into Canada, we would for sure. I wonder if anyone has ever had any luck getting a day of dinner table or a walk up?

My favorite has always been the Liberty Tree Tavern in the MK. Most rememberable was Christmas day dinner where it was the traditional turkey and stuffing served in a "family style" dining. It is a meal that none of my family has forgotten.
Our other family favorite was Alfredo's Ristorante di Roma in the Italy Pavillion of EPCOT. The new restaurant is less traditional and more trendy like an Olive Garden or Carrabba's.

Did anyone notice that the menus have changed again?
Some changes were seasonal, others probably motivated by cost.
I was looking for the lamb shank in the unusual serving bowl at Jiko and it's now a pork shank on a plate. I knew I should have ordered it when we were there.
I really like stopping at Starring Rolls in the Studio for a cup of coffeee and turnover in the morning while my arm recovers from doing Toy Story...and there is a create it yourself and they make it for you salad at Port Orleans Riverside with so many ingredients it's beyond description.

My DW and I love the Coral Reef, Give me one of those octopuses any time!
I don't know if they count as restaurants, but I love the pool bars! I think the one a the Mayan pyramid pool at the Coronado Springs resort is my favorite. Don't get me wrong , I know a lot of my fellow Disers are going to say the Yacht and Beach has the best pool bar or maybe the Swan, well you could have a whole thread just on pool bars. I just love the one at the Springs.
