Interesting development! I can't believe how much will be different at WDW for me when I finally get back there.

Today and yesterday it wasn't the guests but the mountain itself that didn't want to cooperate...
We are all a little weird
And life's a little weird,
And when we find someone whose
Weirdness is compatible with ours,
We join up with them and fall in
Mutual weirdness and call it Love.”

Were you stuck or did you not even get to ride?

Oh, we got to ride. But yesterday the ride broke down after we got off the ride and today we were stuck just before the load/unload for 10 minutes (why it couldn't be on the big drop's lift because it would have been a little more comfortable reclined...).

One thing I've noticed with the lapbars: kids have no problem standing when sitting with an adult...

Okay, let's break out the heavy duty seat belts like they use in race cars next for those logs next...or maybe we need to have special harnesses for children...

I agree with having the lap bars....it's just too bad that people don't follow rules anymore. Rules have become mere suggestions. A few spoil it for the rest.

A few? Nah. "The rest" are a minority, hence the lap bars.

I remember on a TV show long ago someone was being toured through the HM and was about to touch something when the tour guide stopped them. They told them that guests spit so much during the attraction in the day that they had to clean it all down every night. Is there something about going to the parks that makes some people go feral?!?

Ewww! Why would people be spitting inside the HM? Or anywhere for that matter :(

Nope. But most guests seem to go dumb when they cross the border onto Disney property (unless they weren't dumb to begin with that is).
