I am a Disney nut and try to learn everything I can. I record every special that comes on TV and have several books. I have always wanted to go on a tour like that. I will have to try this on a trip in the future.
My question is...would I get much more information than I already know from watching stuff that has been on TV and reading the Imagineering book?

Well..if you already know a lot about disney..the company..and the legacy..then no you probably wont learn too too much more..but I dont really think that is why I went on the tour...I thought it would be neat to see back stage..you go down into the tunnels...to try something ive never done before..because like you..I am a disney enthusiast..I know pretty much all there is to know..and ive done pretty much all there is to do in wdw...but I had never gone on a tour..i think its worth your while. if you go at the end of october..youll see them practicing the christmast parade..when you go backstage.
