"The Wave" restaurant in the Contemporary.

Post by WishUponaStar » Jul Wed 02, 2008 5:20 pm

I'm not even sure if it's open to the public yet but I saw the initial menu posted on Allears recently. We are thinking of dropping one of our ADRs in October to add in "the Wave." Any feedback about this place, or anyone heard anything?

There is a podcast on the WDW Today site (episode 423) devoted to this new restaurant. It covers all the details.

No one's gloomy or complaining while the flatware's entertaining.

Is it a vegetarian place? I heard that rumor somewhere and never got it confirmed or debunked.

It's not - I know they have chicken. Unless they're considering chicken a vegetable. *scans menus* Oh, they have a cheeseburger too, it looks like. Cool. Allears has the menus up. Linku!

I heard a reasonably good review of it on DIS Unplugged. I'm looking forward to giving it a try.

I was reading over it a couple nights ago, making myself hungry. Their veggie sandwich sounds so good.

Huh, very interesting. We may have to make some room in our schedule in September to try this out. After all, we're staying at the Contemporary. We'll be right there.
