The Osborne Lights in HS are not to be missed!

With a group that large, I would definitely suggest making advanced dining reservations with Disney if there are any sit-down restaurants you would like to experience with your group. You can make reservations as early as 180 days from your check-in date.

Things we've enjoyed in the past during the holiday season:

1. Osborne Family Spectacle of Lights - Awesome scene

2. Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party - Cool extras, but empty park is an awesome perk for just hitting ride after ride

3. MVMX Parade - we went during Christmas week and the 3pm parade was the one they show on Christmas morning - not sure if its the 3pm parade the entire season?

4. If you are on the resort monorail, stop in Grand Floridian - life size gingerbread house in atrium. Can also purchase the "bricks" used in building it - yummy!

5. Epcot World Showcase - American Adventure - they have what it seems a 200+ person choir signing Christmas carols which I typically not a carol kind of guy but really impressive to watch/listen to.

Couple of Things to Check Out

- The fantastic view of the entire Magic Kingdom and Monorail Resorts, Disney does not let up on the grand decor. I suggest riding the entire monorail in a circuit to get the full effect

- Gingerbread houses at the Grand Floridian

- Watch out for a couple of rides (not all, but some) becoming enchanted by the spirit of the holidays...kind of like easter eggs from disney

- The holiday caroling show at the open concert hall at Epcot (America). Usually they have a special guest as the 'host', when i went it was Gary Sinese. Fabulous show to see with a large party, but make sure you show up about half an hour early or more if you have the entire party watching the show, seating can be tough (though this applies to any of the shows and parades at disney) - not sure if this will be on in early december

Its not going to be very crowded. I work at HS as a seasonal cast member and the early weeks of December are not crowded.

I also agree with everyone of the suggestions posted!! Its a blast. You will be awstuck when you see the castle.......words cannot describe how pretty it is. :mickey:
