I still like the ending film because it's a nod to the classics, but the ride itself definitely needs updated scenes. I would not want to replace the ride with something else, because the attraction reflects the very structure that houses it in the first place. I only wish you could still have a clear shot of the theatre as you walk in the park.

I think the best change that could be made to the ride is to remove that sorcerer's hat so that the building regains its former landmark status.kkbowen12 wrote:I still like the ending film because it's a nod to the classics, but the ride itself definitely needs updated scenes. Definitely Pixar
should be involved somewhere, and why not have Pirates of the Caribbean in there could Cap'n Jack not hijack our vehicle and give us a hilarious ride through? Or at the end film sequence have a 3D version which would make it more fun?
Admittedly some parts are 'stale' but they portary the history of the movies, so they will have to stay.

Remove the Sorcerer's hat for sure to open up the view. Put it somewhere else, on top of the entrance even, but not in the middle of the park blocking attractions. Great idea about POTC and Jack Sparrow Cazza and Livvies Mum! I love Indiana Jones but this whole scene could be changed around a bit. I love the final movie reel aside from needing some cleaning due to age. The Aliens scene is kind of tired and could do with some better animatronics at least. That Ripley character is really struggling, I mean all that move are her eyes and a jerky head motion. It could not look any more fake. I'm all about keeping classics but I don't have any real affinity for the scenes in this ride so some updates would be nice.

I think that the great movie is a great movie ride
I wouldn't change really anything at all. I was surprised to see the longest line that I have ever seen on that ride in 2007, it was just passed the ropes, all the way outside. I do suppose that the acting part of the ride is a starting to seem a little forced, maybe it needs some work in that area. but overall I would change a thing now that the end clips have updated.
