True, there will be several that won't notice the shape of the clouds, but then again, how many people notice a lot of the little details? It's the little details that set Disney apart from the rest of the crowd.
Would these count as "hidden" mickeys?

At present the cost is prohibative. When there is no other way to obtain Helium for industry/science then the price will be paid. I agree nobody will be using it in Mickey balloons by then. Unless your name is Gates (or Jobbs.)Captain Schnemo wrote: Not just very expensive, prohibitively expensive. We need the stuff for science, so kiddie balloons are going to have to work something else out. The price has already started going up, but I think a $50 Mickey balloon would put an end to the tradition.
The cloud could sink. It would depend on how long the bubbles in the soap last and how coherent the soap mass would stay as the bubbles burst causing lift to weight imbalance.....erm.......ever had the thought you may just be over thinking something?........like mickey shaped cloudsCaptain Schnemo wrote: I doubt a hydrogen soap bomb would sink or ever land, but I suppose if it were a windy day it could move a bit too horizontally.

Maybe not hidden, but these would certainly fall under the classification of "Disney Fluff" in another string...Hypermommy wrote:True, there will be several that won't notice the shape of the clouds, but then again, how many people notice a lot of the little details? To do the improbable, we first have to dream the impossible.

How about when you are relaxing by the pool, taking 5 with a dole whip, I always look to see if I can see any character shapes in the clouds with my kids while waiting in line or on a bus while we are at WDW. We found Goofy in the clouds at Blizzard BeachThat is pretty cool, but how many people really want to look up at clouds while at WDW? There is a whole lot more to see in the parks than clouds.
