My favorite walk next to the walk from the BC/YC/BWI area to Epcot and MGM.

That's a nice walk, my favorite.

From BW to MGM is 1.85 miles, add once around the lagoon and it's 2.67 miles and if you have an annual pass and can go inside World Showcase, it's a total of 4.5 miles.

Load your mp3 player with some Disney podcasts or an audiobook and you are good to go. That's how I listened to "Walt Disney: Triumph of the American Imagination" by Neal Gabler

We walk everywhere we can at WDW. We usually walk from BWV to DTD at least once a trip. The best part of it is taking the water walkway from OKW to SSR. We than make the complete circle back to OKW. We will than take the bus back to MGM and walk back to BWV from there.

We have walked from BWV to ASR with stops at CSR in May for the Minnie Marathon Weekend. Not a easy/safe walk over to CSR. Nice path from CSR to ASR.

The path from VWL to FW is also a nice walk.

Can anyone tell me if there is there a footpath between Port Orleans and Down Town Disney?

I don't believe so. We walked from OKW to PO a few years ago but had to walk along the road and do some tricky bushwacking to finally get over to PO.

Thanks for the info Ultramm. I'm glad you understood my writing. Need to proof read more thoroughly.

Still might try to give it a go. I'll let you know.

Strong shoes and bush scrambling gear. Check
