I have some simple requests for Epcot's 25th

Future World

Spaceship Earth - please add something at the ride's exit...its just too depressing
Wonders of Life - rehab or a new pavillion
Imagination - open up the second floor
Living Seas - bring back the seacabs

World Showcase

Replace the Outpost with something meaningful, ie a country.
Millennium Village - Make it an Epcot 25th exhibit, fill with epcot memorabilia

2 other things: a parade like they had for the millennium, and a Epcot 25th Illumanations

Rich,

I couldn't agree with you more. Anything at the end of Spaceship earth would be welcome. Of course they will probably put another generic gift shop there if recent history is any indication. They need to do something with Wonders of Life. Of course a new pavilion would probably not be ready for the 25th. This rehab of the Living Seas better be good.

I just came back at the beginning of September and I couldn't help but feel like Future World is dying a slow death. The educational aspect has gone out the window and it seems like in 10 more years it will just be figment and a collection of thrill rides.

A new country would be nice (maybe Australia or Greece) and I love the idea for the 25th exhibit in the Millenium Village. A little tweaking of Illuminations for the 25th would be cool too.

I'm not holding my breath, but maybe Disney will suprise us.

So many great ideas! And I love the music idea - I'd buy it! So much great music at that park. And the eudcation is being replaced by thrills and fads which is sad.

Those are all good ideas. How about a small orchestra that gives a concert with music from the park. They could do it at that stage across from the American Adventure. I think that would be really fun to listen to!

At the EPCOT 25th Anniversary....Disney should bring back THE Dreamfinder with Figment. There was one special Dreamfinder. It would be so super to have Dreamfinder carrying around Figment, again. :mickey: :mickey:

If you look around, you can find 2 of the 3 old dreamcatchers at WDW and if you ever go to the haunted mansion in DLP you can see Dreamfinder. He's the mayor of the old west town, and when he tips his hat, his head comes off.

Gee, thanks for the info on Dreamfinder in DLP. But, I don't want to see Dreamfinder without his head. LOL :( :mickey: :mickey:

Here we are - less than three months until the big day! Although mum's the official word, they can't let the day go by unacknowledged!!! Since it is during the Food & Wine festival, maybe we will see free food samples?!? (One can always hope) I'd love it if they'd play historic EPCOT music on the area loop all day. Maybe display some pictures of former attractions on the globe during ROE!!
