I would love to be there at night just to see exactly what goes on...especially the night before Thanksgiving day!

Last I heard they still haven't come up with the logistics for these "dreams". If a person wins the night in the castle will they lock them in? If there are windows won't they see what happens after all of the guests leave, for instance the mantinence and clean up. Especially if they need to move stuff across the park, do you really want to hear back up signals and motors for several hours? Though I would.

Oh, and when someone wins the night in the parks how many CM's will they need? Will the chef's, cashiers, guest services, characters, musicians, etc. have to stay too?

Congrats on your stay in Cinderella's Castle! I bet you never knew that Cincerella's Castle had a dungeon, did you? Right this way please so that a CM can measure the circumference of your wrist. We do hope you have a pleasant stay; and that you don't mind being chained to a wall while being fed leftovers from Pecos Bill's. Aren't you so LUCKY to win this package?!

When I took the Keys to the Kingdom tour in May the CM showed us the window to the apartment in WDW. The apartment is a studio (one room with a bathroom) that is currently used for Tink to ready herself for her evening flight. The CM informed us that the windows are treated on both sides so no one could see out or in. If people were able to see in the magic would be ruined :D :minnie:

I wonder what changes will be made to the apartment? :?:

I wouldn't care if you did lock me in the castle for the night. The experience would be increditable. The view of the castle at night from the Contemporary is great but a view from the castle down onto Main Street would be the ultimate view! :mickey3: :goofy: :donald:

That really would be something wouldn't it. I don't think I'd be able to sleep all night. I'd be watching the CMs do all the prep work preparing for the next day. It'd be too exciting.
Please keep your arms and legs inside the vehicle until the ride comes to a full and complete stop. Thank you, and enjoy the rest of your day here at Walt Disney World.

Is that how it will stay concerning the windows? Can you really not see in or out? It would still be awesome to stay in the castle, but if there are no windows, it would almost seem like your locked in. I know I'd be restless staying in the castle but stuck in my room staring at the walls.

I have a few clients who are working on this project at Disney. I can assure you that you will not be allowed to walk around the park or the castle. They said this has become a legistical nightmare. There will be CMs at the Castle all night. I was told there will be beverages and snacks available. If you are staying in another hotel that night, your night in that hotel is not refunded to you. They are shooting a before and after video of the conversion to the royal chambers, I must say the before shots are frightening.

I guess I could go read the link and find my own answers but it is more fun this way...ha ha ha

Wouldn't that be a kick to be in the park after lock down to see all the happenings after dark :D I know all you cast members have already experienced that but I loved the show that was on Wonderful World of Disney that showed all of the behind the scenes stuff at night.

Thats for sure. I'll be at the parks more often in hopes that I can get one of these prizes.

I'm just happy they took that stuff off of the castle. All they have to do now is remove the mirror.

But right now, my countdown is to the 2006 International Food & Wine Festival. I can't wait!

How do I go about winning one of these prizes? Are they just given away in the parks?
Drop another coin in slot and I will tell you more.

You can enter to win via mail or just get picked at the park. The people passing out the prizes are going to be called "The Dream Squad" or "The Dream Team" I've heard both names used. There will be one prize where a guest is gets a prize and is asked to pick another guest to give a prize to..
