The scariest moment I had at the parks was the first time I went. I was only three years old, and the Giant character people scared the crap out of me. When ever my parents tried to get a picture of me with any of the characters, I ran away crying. Looking back it's pretty silly.
Please keep your arms and legs inside the vehicle until the ride comes to a full and complete stop. Thank you, and enjoy the rest of your day here at Walt Disney World.

I've never been scared in WDW. But my wife has. A few years back we on the Haunted Mansion. One of the undertakers jumped around the other side of the Doombuggie and yelled boo. Scared the crap out of her....
To this day she doesn't like going in the ride and makes me watch for the undertakers...lol

Space Mountain.
Now I don't really like roller coasters, and that one clinched it for me: you can't get me on any of the roller coasters in any amusement park even if you paid me.
I went on thinking that it'd be so fast, I'd lose my fear of the darn things. But then I saw the part where it looks like the launching tube from Battlestar Galactica, and saw where the rails go down. After I saw that, I clenched my eyes shut and held on for dear life.
Only once during the ride did I hear my mom ask me if I was all right. My answer? "NOOOOOOOOOOO!"
When I got off, I was in tears. NEVER again.

Thank you, Walt, for making animation what it is today.

Roller Coasters are what we live for in this house!! I grew up in Coney Island, My mother swore I grew up on the Cyclone!! Lucky for me my DW and DS2"s are the same way!! We've been on RnR 6 times in a row during an E-Ticket when it was a walk on!!

as a kid i used to cry every time my parents wanted to take me on snow white. in fact i think i cried on every fantasyland ride. now as an adult i think the moments before the launch on rock and roller coaster gets me. i even had some anxiety before alien encounter. but i think my all time scariest for me was as a kid, my first ride ever on space mountain. i built up this horrendous ride in my mind and the entire line i felt like passing out.
