I got schooled in being a WDW nut tonight...My last house of teaching tonight was telling me that their school is having a Disney dress-up day next week during their school spirit week. I asked the 8 year old what he was going to dress up like and he told me Obi Wan Kenobi. I sort of scoffed and reminded him he was supposed to be a Disney character and he looked at me and said, "But Disney bought them, you know, Lucas films is now Disney." Well said my young padawan, well said.

This makes me more of a DL nut, but as I was navigating through the 8" or so of churned up snow and ice at intersections and subdivisions today, and my 4 wheel drive and I were valiantly trying to keep a straight course, I was thinking, you know, those imagineers got the stuck in the mud sensation on Indiana Jones Adventure, Temple of the Forbidden Eye pretty darned close!

My WDW nut day came out like this:
At school, I was listening to my Disney Park music on my iPhone (some classes will allow you to listen to music while working) I was playing one of my favorite songs, and when lunch came, I literally burst out singing!
,love my Disney me!

You know you're a WDW nut when...you refer to a new restaurant in town as a "quick service"! Bdude did this the other day. A new place opened on VU's campus, appears to be the type of place that is self service, you fill your own pop etc....and he said "did you see that new restaurant, it's a quick service!" We both looked at eachother and busted out laughing! I told him "you know you're a WDW nut when.....

At dinner at a restaurant one night my niece was given crayons and asked her "Tee Tee" to also color. I drew the 3 circles that make up a Mickey head. She immediately smiled, pointed and cried "Minnie Bowtique". She's two. WDW nut confirmed! :)

I scour the internet looking for the latest WDW apparel(preferably retro Epcot Center) while listening to Subsonic Radio

This is for my DS...who turns 2 years old in 2 weeks.

...when you request to watch YouTube videos of Disney World in the morning while eating breakfast.

Yes...my (almost) 2 year old says "Watch Disney World" when I feed him breakfast in the morning. Here lately we have been watching a YouTube video of the new Festival of Fantasy Parade and he loves pointing out all of the characters.

Does he know that WDW is a real place that he can visit yet? He is going to go crazy when you get to take him there for the first time!

I'm not sure if he knows yet...he may just think it is another Disney show on our TV.

What's crazy is that I can show him videos or pictures of MK or EPCOT and he says "Disney World."

Perhaps it's a reflection on how DW and I are WDW nuts...
