Where is the observation deck?

In the Living Seas. The divers are part of the attraction in the aquarium

I'm not sure why they say "Observation Deck" b/c if you basically go to the large aquarium, walk all the way to the end, you will see the divers descend/ascend. When they take the DQ crew to the tank, they parade you through the Living Seas. It's a hoot! You hear little kids saying "Disney divers"! Then we go the end of the hallway, up the large spiral staircase they kinda have hidden and into the drink!

I wish I could *snap* and be there right now!!!!
