They are when you first walk in to SM, if you look down on the ground, there are silver balls! I remember these from my childhood, I never knew what the heck they were though?! Are they just meant to give the attraction an outer space feel!? I will take a pic for you in Dec. I remember asking my parents as a kid how I could get down there to play in them. I thought it was like the ball pit at a fast food restaurant or Chuckie Cheese.

Can't wait to take my twin boys on their first trip to Walt Disney World! Planning on heading there sometime Feb-May 2014!

Re: 'Visual' Snapshot of WDW
Oh...inside. I thought y'all were talking about little silver balls in the pavement outside the entrance. Hmmm, don't know if I've noticed those before. I imagine I took them in visually, but didn't think too much of them. Maybe they are supposed to be like the planets' surface in space?theBIGyowski wrote:I found them!!!

This is a great onetheBIGyowski wrote:My visual snapshot is looking at El Rio del Tiempo from a water-side table at San Angel Inn. I have a jalapeno margarita, chips, and salsa on the table in front of me and I couldn't be happier. Watching the volcano "peacefully" erupt in the background is so calming.

Are you talking about my favorite room?! The one with all the tile, staircase and faux water fountain?! I just found a photo of it on line, and it has always been one of those "visuals" that pops into my headL3PCT wrote:And here's one for the day ... A vision of sitting at pecos bills looking around at the decor that makes you feel like you are sitting outside when you are not... so cute!!
