That is exactly the way I feel! I don't want to "waste" my time at Disneyfancyfeet wrote:I'm not sure I would bowl at WDW. I do enjoy it sometimes but it doesn't seem the place for it. It's like when they had the nightclubs at Downtown Disney. I love to dance but not at Disney. When I'm at WDW, I want to do Disney related things, not things I can do back home.

That and you lose a lot of the allure of a nightclub when it's designed for the 8PM crowd.

Trust me, when you are coming from a very small, rural area, those nightclubs were pretty happeningWizzard419 wrote:That and you lose a lot of the allure of a nightclub when it's designed for the 8PM crowd.

Will have to agree. Bowling alley sounds neat.... but I want as much time in the parks as possible. Can bowl anywhere.

I have said in this thread that I wouldn't want to waste my Disney vaca time at a bowling alley either, but I'm kinda thinkin' when Disney does something they do it up big, and I'm sure it will be pretty incredible a far as theming and all. I probably still wouldn't bowl, but if I was wandering through the area I just might check it outGoofyfan wrote:Will have to agree. I just know if I bowled, I would want to buy one of the Disney balls to take home. I wonder if they sell them?Sharonofwindham wrote:I have said in this thread that I wouldn't want to waste my Disney vaca time at a bowling alley either, but I'm kinda thinkin' when Disney does something they do it up big, and I'm sure it will be pretty incredible a far as theming and all. Has anyone made it to Splitsville yet? If you have, what do you think, and would you go back?

I don't like to bowl here at home-I can't imagine doing it at Disneyworld. BTW-I don't play putt putt golf at Disney either.

:lol:I have never enjoyed miniature golf either, but if I am accompanied by people who do, I have been subjected to the boredom, and I grin & bear itrphillips14 wrote:I don't like to bowl here at home-I can't imagine doing it at Disneyworld. BTW-I don't play putt putt golf at Disney either.
