Horizons. I think Mission Space is a great ride and all, but I would much rather be enjoying Horizons - to me, it seemed to encompass most, if not all, of the original ideas and theme of EPCOT Center.

Epcot had some of the best music to their attractions before a lot of the rides got overhauled. Ie. Tomorrow's Child, Both Songs in the Universe of Energy, Canada.
Agreed on the music of EPCOT. I really miss Tomorrow's Child on the descent in Spaceship Earth :(
Yeah, that one specifically. I was laying in bed the other night listening to Subsonic on my IPad and the instrumental of Tomorrow's Child came on and I just entered this very intense level of calm. It was Awesome!!

I love that tune. The total package of EPCOT futureworld is slowly slipping away on us.

Maybe because I'm a bit of a nerd but I still miss the Alien Encounter ride at WDW Magic Kingdom

I liked the pre-show better than the actual show, but both were better than Stitch

My mom and I were talking not too long ago about how we miss the Skyway at MK... the one that used to run from Fantasyland to Tomorrowland. That was there on our first trip and I've never forgotten it.

I couldn't agree more. At least Spaceship Earth seems to have retained much of what EPCOT Center was originally all about. And "Living with the Land", although I do miss the "live" narrators. To me, they helped add to the authenticity of the attraction. Without them, I fear many guests may not realize that what they are seeing in the greenhouses is actually real also.

I have to add Time Keeper to my list. I don't know why but I really miss it. Robin Williams was awesome in it..."The pants are full!" So great! Also, Jeremy Irons was great in it. It makes me mad that there is no evidence of Jeremy Irons anywhere on property anymore. :x

I have to agree on that. I remember two very different Future Worlds now... the one from my childhood and then the current one. I think I like the 1997 version better.

Hey now I'm only 21!! :D We went for the first time in 1997 so my memories start there. Though my mom can tell some stories about a 1974 MK...

I miss Mr. Toad's Wild Ride. It was a cute theme.
