Awww that is awful!!! Glad you can laugh about it now.Polynesian Princess wrote:Funny (in hindsight), but true story: Last year, my husband and I went to see Jimmy Buffett when he came to Atlanta. I landed straight on my butt and completely tore up my brand new pair of flip flops. I had to walk barefoot all the way back to our car which was in a lot at least half a mile away, if not more, then ride back over an hour home. I hurt so much and turns out had broken my tailbone (which took weeks to heal and still hurts from time to time a year later if I sit wrong). So now when I hear Margaritaville, I always sing:
"I blew out my flip flop
Slipped on the grass hill
I broke my tailbone I had to limp on back home"
All this talk about Buffett makes me want to SNAP to the island Caribbean Beach so I can hear his music while strolling across to go swimming.

Haha I have a similar story, sort of.
Buffett came to Charlotte NC years ago. It was the summer right before I turned 21. But it was me, my mom, and couple of my mom's coworkers and friends. We had a great drive up to Charlotte, there were mooning and flashings up I-85.
When we got there, we started to party, we have a cooler full of Margaritaville margaritas, cheeseburgers in paradise, and all the things we needed. By the time we got into the concert, we were not sober. We were seeing him in an ampitheatre, and the cheapest seats inthe back were on a grass field. So we decided after a bit to go over the metal tailing to the first set of seats, metal bench seats. They all made it but when I tried (had to go fast not to bet caught) I fell and got a HUGE bruise on my side, the top of my hip. But it didnt hurt till the next day. I still have the picture of it somewhere. it is about the size of a small plate and lotsa pretty colors, haha!

This is a tough one. For me it would probably be at Epcot about to watch Reflections of Earth. Then stay after the park closes and feel the magic!

It's extra magic hours 1am-3am in the Magic Kingdom and the park is empty. What to do first???

The first thought that came to my mind is run nakey down Main Street. But I'm thinking that would be ill-advised ~ empty park probably still does not allow for streaking like the windNaCler wrote:*SNAP*

I would say fall asleep, but I am writing this at quarter till 1 am and I would be at Disney so I would be wired with excitement I am sure.
I think a nice nighttime ride on Pirates, Haunted Mansion and Small World, the BIG THREE for me in the MK.

Early morning - and I need Tonga Toast for breakfast. Since I'm right at the MK, might as well catch a ride on Splash Mtn while I'm close by, and then a quick photo with Mickey at his new diggs.

Snap my fingers and I'm at the Tiki Room area having a citrus swirl, Which are no longer available. In my opinion the Dolewhips led the demise of the citrus swirl. The dolewhips where so much more popular.

I'm snapping myself over to the beach at the Poly for some relaxation and natural feet exfoliation.

I wouldn't mind the relaxation, but I would rather have a Dole Whip in my hand.MmeLeota wrote:I'm snapping myself over to the beach at the Poly for some relaxation and natural feet exfoliation.

To forget a Dole Whip must mean you're in serious need of a Dole Whip.
