Overrated would be Chefs de France. I remember hearing a lot of great things about it and when we ate there it was underwhelming.
disneylizzy, my sentiments exactly!!! I was so looking forward to the meal and I was underwhelmed.
Favorites is a tie between Le Celliers and Prime Time Cafe

Overrated
Le Cellier - My steak was only average - I've had much better steaks both on and off property. I also hated the Cheese Soup, which wasn't cheesy enough for my likings and was full of onions, which I hate.
Ohana - I had the opposite experience of most everyone else here. I thought the meat was pretty good, but didn't care for the sides.

Can't wait to take my twin boys on their first trip to Walt Disney World! Planning on heading there sometime Feb-May 2014!

Favorite: The Flametree BBQ. I dunno about you guys but there's something about this place in Animal Kingdom that just makes me happy. Another favorite would have to be Ohanas AS WELL as the restaurant in the Japan pavilion, the one with the grill tables. Granted, its no different than any other place around here but the setting is just fantastic. I've also come to love the Mexican place outside of the pavilion right on the water. Great taco salads indeed.

Now as far as seat down dining I've had little expierence, I've been to Sci-Fi Dine-In, Marrakesh & Brown Derby lol so with those options Marrakesh would be my top, Brown Derby was great but price off-set it IMO
Now my true Fav's lol

Casey's Corney
Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Café
Electric Umbrella
EDIT:
OMG OMG I just had the best idea! I wish they would build a restaurant on a monorail!! Could be Quick Service/Sit Down I don't care lol I would so be there.

Actually having read Aboden's post, I would like to add Brown Derby as an over-rated place.
I honestly didn't care for the food, and the price was horrible. And Sci-Fi Dine-In was awesome.

Flametree is some good BBQ! We like eating there ~ especially the "chernobyl chicken!"

Definitely this is a case of how great it is that there's something for everyone at WDW. My family loved HBD, but I don't think we'll be going back to Sci-Fi anytime soon. We thought the atmosphere was great - the food, not so much.
