I would love to get everyone there during the Dec. meet. Who can keep the straight face while drinking Beverly?! I will try to get my mom to drink it, we've had no success in the past though. But, there is a first time for everything!

I'm pretty sure I have, I just can't remember specifically.... we went in there and tried a bunch of them once, but I didn't pay much attention to the names. I do remember tasting one or two that were pretty awful, so I'm thinking the Beverly might have been one of those. But I remember being able to keep a straight face on all the ones I tasted. The only question is, was the Beverly one of them? We'll see in December!

If you don't know what Beverly tastes like...imagine soda water...with a bitter taste added to it. If you have ever gone to a fountain to get something like Sprite and instead got plain carbonated water...and it tastes much worse because you are expecting sweet Sprite...that is how Beverly hits you.

I'm sure some people will like it...as it is a normal drink in Italy.
