I've been twice in my life when it was "creepy empty": first time was in 1982 after EPCOT opened and everybody went there and abandoned the MK; and second was shortly after 9/11 when everyone was afraid terrorists were going blow up the park at any second. Big events - especially big "scarey" events - are the only things that usually can clear the parks...timekeeper wrote:We were there in late August 2008 when I think it was Gustav came around. Yep, just upgraded to a Hurricane. Maybe category 2 by the time it gets to central Florida. Poor Len...
